Dave Namkung
Founder and Managing Director of Mosaic Executive Search
The Founder and Managing Director of Mosaic Executive Search. He draws from over a decade of search experience and a track record of distinguished performance.
Prior to founding Mosaic Executive Search, he was a Principal with a top national firm where he led complex assignments for law firms, non-profits, universities, municipalities, crown corporations, and public and private businesses in a variety of industries. He was also a founding member of the firm’s national Equity, Diversity and Inclusion committee.
He is a proud alumnus of the University of Victoria’s business school and law school. Upon graduation, he trained as a lawyer with an international law firm and commenced his recruitment career immediately following his call to the bar. Additionally, he obtained his Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
In the community, Dave champions several non-profits focused on employment, diversity, and inclusion. He was a founding executive member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (BC Chapter) and a long-term Board Member and Fundraising/Gala Chair of Workinggear.ca. Recently, his family has been focused on improving the lives of children on the autism spectrum and their caregivers—he is a proud member and supporter of the Canucks Autism Network.
Alana Briggs
Executive Search Consultant
Alana graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts, is a Certified Personnel Consultant with the Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services (ACSESS), and completed a Certificate in Foundations in Diversity and Inclusion from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI).
Her corporate career includes launching an in-house Executive Search service for one of Canada's largest Health Authorities, successfully building a recruitment team with an exclusive focus recruiting for Vice President, Executive Director, and Medical Leadership positions. She also spent a decade in recruitment and management with one of BC’s top recruitment agencies.
Bethel Lee
Chief Communications Officer
Bethel is an internationally sought writer, editor, facilitator, and speaker. She leads the company’s comprehensive marketing, design, and brand strategies, including digital, social, and print.
She brings over 15 years of communications and project management experience, applied in a diverse range of non-profit, for-profit, and post-secondary contexts.
Bethel holds a BA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Masters of Divinity from Duke University.
Jane Hill
CPHR & Executive Search Consultant
Brings over ten years of top-tier talent acquisition and HR expertise.
Her search experience includes working with Accenture, Colliers, BC Hydro, family run businesses, non-profit organizations, and high tech start-ups. She graduated from the University of Victoria, completed her Project Management Certificate with UBC, and also happens to be a certified Yoga Instructor.
Jane resides in Vancouver, but has deep roots in Victoria. In the community, she serves as a mentor for CPHR BC, has acted as an Ambassador for the Victoria Chamber of Commerce, and for several years served as a volunteer focused on empowering youth leadership.

r. Thomas Wiens
Psychologist and Senior Organizational Consultant at Versity
A Psychologist and Senior Organizational Consultant with Versity, a Vancouver-based management consulting firm. He provides executive coaching and corporate consulting services to help professionals and organizations overcome challenges and perform at their best.
One of his areas of focus is assisting organizations and leadership teams with evaluating talent, selecting and developing their leaders, and creating engaged and high-performing teams. He previously worked with a leading management consulting firm of corporate psychologists where his clients included business professionals and managers from small businesses to Fortune 500 organizations across various industries. In this capacity, he has assisted leaders in their personal and professional development as well as advised managers on key hiring and promotion decisions. He also has used people analytics to develop customized hiring systems and provide in-depth career planning assessments.
Dr. Wiens earned his MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of British Columbia and holds an Honours BA in psychology. He has published in several scientific journals and his doctoral research focused on leadership and the types of negative and stress-related behavioural patterns (the so-called ‘dark side’ of personality) that can impair leader’s workplace performance and contribute to relational and personal difficulties.
